Return and Shipping Policy
- Abeer Al Enaya has a return and (or) exchange policy. However, items purchased can be returned or exchanged under specific conditions.
- Item exchange is possible in case the item received was damaged or the order sent was wrong. In this case, we will exchange with the desired product or refund the customer.
- Exchanging products is possible within three days after delivery ONLY.
- Our refund policy lasts five hours. If this period has gone by since you received the order, refund won't be available anymore.
- Our team reserves the right to assess whether the item is damaged or not, and whether the sent order is wrong or not, and proceed with the refund accordingly.
- Our team might require proof (pictures, invoices, etc.) for the assessment.
- Note: we are not responsible for orders placed by mistake.
- Returning products is only possible immediately after purchase.
- In case of a delay in delivery from our store for more than 72 hours (three days) without explaining the reason, the applicant has the right to demand a full refund.
- If you want to cancel your order without proper justification, only 70% of the order value will be returned.
- In case of any action from the customer’s side where the store is not respected, we have the right to terminate the order immediately and not return any amount.
